Machinefabriek LUYT has acquired the activities of Integron Marine Controls. With this acquisition, LUYT takes over the supply and service of Sempress parts, pneumatic control systems, and various maritime components.

The acquisition aligns with the VRI Tech Group's strategy to focus further on onshore installations and technical services for industry, energy, lifting and hoisting technology, and automation.

For existing Integron Marine Controls customers, support will not change abruptly: the maritime activities will be continued by LUYT, an experienced player in shipbuilding, winch manufacturing, and maritime service.
