Integron is an approved technical service provider within the Dutch oil and gas industry. Thanks to our many years of experience with process installations, valves, actuators and control systems, we provide reliable solutions that meet the industry's high safety and quality standards. Our specialized technicians carry out daily activities such as:
In addition to our core activities in oil and gas, Integron is actively contributing to the energy transition. We carry out projects in the field of methane reduction, biogas and CO₂ reduction, with a focus on sustainability and innovation. Integron stands for safety, expertise and progress, supported by a team of Energy specialists.

Integron performs function tests and inspections on valves and actuators, both new and existing, on behalf of various clients in the oil and gas industry. During a function test, valves are checked for tightness, torque and functional operation. At prefab and gas locations, our engineers inspect the operation of the diagrams. For each inspection, the customer receives an extensive report that also describes any shortcomings.
In order to accurately determine the cause of faults and defects, Integron performs extensive recordings and analyses of valves, actuators and pipework in the field. These studies form the basis for a root-cause analysis (RCA), which gives us insight into the influence of external factors and the technical condition of the components over a longer period of time. Findings are recorded in a report for targeted improvement actions and preventive maintenance.
Within our Service & Maintenance division, Integron provides a wide range of activities for the oil and gas industry. We carry out repairs and overhauls on valves, drain pipes, actuators and control cabinets, including commissioning and alignment on site. In addition, we have the expertise to carry out certified welding activities in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards. Of course, we are also there if there are failures at measurement and control stations.
At Integron, we engineer and assemble pneumatic control cabinets for pressurized actuators and measuring and control stations at various gas locations. We provide custom control cabinets that control and monitor the actuators in the demanding environments of the oil and gas industry.
In addition to selling new components, valves, actuators, flow meters, etc. we also have a wide range of spare parts. We also rent out various components for temporary projects. Some examples include clamp on flow meters, control cabinets and gearboxes to reduce the downtime of a gas location.

In both onshore and offshore environments, the reliability of industrial hoses is essential for safe and continuous operations. Our hose inspectors perform visual inspections, pressure tests and recertifications in accordance with international guidelines. On offshore platforms in the North Sea, we check oil, gas and high-pressure hoses for wear, leakage and material fatigue, among other things.
Onshore in our workshop, we test hoses to the prescribed operating and test pressure, provide them with new couplings if necessary and return them fully certified, including a test report and traceable ID tag. This is how we guarantee that every hose — onshore or offshore — is safe, certified and can be used immediately under the toughest conditions.
Hoses that we inspect, test or deliver are registered in our Hose Management System. This system offers full traceability: from production data and test results to location, maintenance history and certificates. This gives customers real-time insight into the status and expiration date of their hoses, which greatly simplifies maintenance planning and compliance.
