With Parker and Eaton as our main supplier, we can press a wide range of hydraulic hoses in our own workshops in Groningen, Emmen and Leeuwarden. The assembly takes place in our specially equipped assembly and test rooms. If required, we can deliver the hoses tested and provided with an official certificate, for maximum reliability and safety in every installation.
At Integron, we test hydraulic hoses, motors, pumps, cylinders and specially developed methods. As standard, we test hoses with water up to 1000 bar in a closed test room, clean and environmentally friendly, or, if necessary, with oil or nitrogen. After the test, hoses are cleaned, dried and delivered.
Because 70% of hydraulic failures are caused by contaminated oil, Integron performs preventive oil samples. Based on the results, we opt for sustainable filtering with our own filtration unit or replacing the oil. This way, your hydraulic systems remain reliable, efficient and reliable.
We can test hydraulic pumps in Groningen with our fully computerized test bench (up to 90 kW). This gives us real-time insight into the condition of your hydraulic pump.
