In addition, Integron offers fault and maintenance contracts. These are annual contracts where a fixed rate is set with the customer in advance for performing maintenance. The customer concerned will hereby provide a fault service. By realising these contracts, Integron offers security and the customer is not surprised with unknown maintenance or unexpected costs. After carrying out maintenance work, Integron will prepare a report describing the activities in detail. Improvement advice will also be provided to the customer.
In order to further meet the customer's wishes, the contract specifies the time frame within which Integron must be present in the event of a failure. Because Integron is located in Groningen, Leeuwarden, Emmen and Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, our service engineers are always within a short distance of the customer. In addition, Integron can be reached by phone 24/7 at the fault number, making it possible for Integron to offer fast service. This also ensures that the downtime of the installations is as short as possible, so that continuity in the customer's business process remains guaranteed at all times!
