In cooperation with LiftingPlus BV and Goudsmit Magnetics Group, we have developed a special gripper that picks up the various fences from a coating line and then tilts them and places them on a pallet.

The special gripper is mounted on our IPS 350 standard manipulator. Where the fences were previously moved by four operators, this is done by one operator with the Habeload lifting aid. A good example of how a lifting aid can improve production processes relatively easily and effectively.
