Integron inspects and tests hoses on- and offshore

Integron Aandrijftechniek has extensive experience when it comes to inspecting, pressure testing and assembling hydraulic, nitrogen, water, air, gas and steam hoses. Our service engineers are busy inspecting and assembling hoses in our own workshop every day. Pressure testing of hoses is carried out in a test container specially equipped for this purpose. Our test bench has the necessary equipment so that all types and diameters of hoses can be tested for strength and/or gas tightness. Integron Aandrijftechniek can test with water, oil or nitrogen. With software on this test bench, our service engineers can accurately control and monitor the pressure test process. In addition, if the customer wishes, we provide an extensive test report including a certificate, the hose will then receive its own unique number, making it easy to find this hose in our own online Hose Management System (HMS).

With this HMS system, our service engineers can easily pull out the certificate for the hose in question and see what parts it was assembled from, the length, production date, medium, operating pressure and date of re-inspection and/or pressure test. A major additional advantage of this system is that our service engineers can access all information via their own phone and/or tablet. This is particularly efficient for inspections at a location other than our own workshop.

This is because it often happens that Integron carries out work offshore. Here, one of our service engineers will go offshore for a period to visually inspect hoses for all aspects. By using our own system, we can also work very efficiently offshore. So that the hoses always remain optimally inspected and up to date.

Integron therefore has experience in inspecting, pressure testing and assembling hoses, both in its own workshop and offshore. That's why you can always come to us for all your questions regarding snakes! Curious about what we can do for you? Feel free to take contact with us.
